There's no question that energy is a national issue, but it is also a concern for our state. With the advances that have been made over the last 20 years in the field of clean energy and because the ever-increasing instability that seems to surround many of the worlds leading oil-producing nations, the alternative energy industry is finally emerging.

Florida can and should be a leader in clean energy. Through incentives tied to job creation for businesses, and tax incentives for homeowners to encourage use, Florida can expand this important energy sector.
